You can download the table schemas for your ServiceNow instance by navigating to Replicator > Tools and then clicking Download Table Schemas. This tool is especially useful if you want to use your table schemas to build the tables in a database for a DataSync for ServiceNow integration with the DataSync Agent for ServiceNow.
Prerequisites
First, you will need to install Replicator for ServiceNow and run the Finish Install scripts.

To download the table schemas for your ServiceNow instance, follow these steps:
Access Replicator Tools
Log into your ServiceNow instance and navigate to Perspectium > Replicator > Tools.
Download table schemas
Click Download to download your ServiceNow instance's table schemas.
