To install Observer for ServiceNow, follow the steps outlined below:


1. Request the Observer Update Set for ServiceNow

Before getting started, you will need to request the Observer Update Set for ServiceNow from Perspectium Support (support@perspectium.com)

2. Install the Perspectium application

3. Run Perspectium Finish Install


See Run Perspectium Finish Install Scripts.

Starting with Helium 6.1.0 version of the Core application, running Finish Install after installing a Perspectium update set will no longer be required. 


4. Set initial properties
