To install Observer for ServiceNow, follow the steps outlined below:


Before getting started, you will need to request the Observer Update Set for ServiceNow from Perspectium Support (support@perspectium.com)

Starting with Helium 6.1.0 version of the Core application, running Finish Install after installing a Perspectium update set will no longer be required.
