Messages
The Outbound module under Messages contains records that are queued to be sent to the Perspectium Server. Up to 4000 records can be sent every 30 seconds by default. This value can be changed on the Properties page.
The Inbound module under Messages consists of records intended for the current instance of ServiceNow that were shared by other instances and agents. The data flowing into this table will only be consumed only when they are also configured in the Subscribe module.
