Messages

The Outbound module under Messages contains Perspectium > Messages in ServiceNow contains records that are queued to be sent to the Perspectium Serverthe Perspectium Mesh. Up to 4000 records can be sent every 30 seconds by default. This value can be changed on the Properties pagethe Properties page. The Inbound module under Messages consists Perspectium> Messages in ServiceNow consists of records intended for coming into the current instance of ServiceNow that were shared by other instances and agents. The data flowing into this table will only be consumed only when they are also configured in the Subscribe module.

Receipts

ServiceNow instance from other sharing instances. You can start receiving inbound messages by configuring a ServiceNow instance as a subscriber.

Receipts

After installing Replicator for ServiceNow Data Guarantee will automatically be enabled so that receipts will be generated for messages that have been shared out of ServiceNow. Message receipts indicate the delivery status for records that you have shared out, allowing you to quickly identify successfully shared out records as well as any records that have not yet been shared out.
