Troubleshooting Report gathers the common configurations and logs that Perspectium Support requests during troubleshooting. Running Troubleshooting Report at the time of the initial issue request will help speed up the troubleshooting process.

Messages will be created in the outbound queue that will be sent to Perspectium to help with troubleshooting. The following messages are created:

  • A message containing Perspectium warning logs

  • A message containing Perspectium error logs

  • A message containing an encrypted sample DataSync messages in your outbound and inbound queues
  • A message containing the following Perspectium configurations:

    • Bulk share configurations
    • Shared Queue
    • Perspectium system properties

To start troubleshooting your ServiceNow instance, go to Perspectium DataSync Express > Control and Configuration > TroubleShooting Report.
