Freshdesk is a customer-facing service desk platform that you can integrate with your ServiceNow instance via the ServiceBond integration framework. Multidirectional sharing can be configured so that the data in your Freshdesk and ServiceNow instances are sent back and forth via the Perspectium Mesh and without the need for a traditional swivel-chair integration approach.
