  •  When incident is created in ServiceNow, create case in Salesforce and bi-directionally synchronize from that point onwards
  •  When account is created in Salesforce, create account/company/customer in ServiceNow and bi-directionally synchronize from that point onwards
  •  When a specific service request is created for a customer in ServiceNow, create an opportunity in Salesforce
