Freshdesk is a customer-facing service desk platform that you can integrate with your ServiceNow instance via the Service Gateway integration framework. Multidirectional sharing can be configured so that the data in your Freshdesk instance is sent back and forth to Perspectium-supported apps via the Perspectium Mesh and without the need for a traditional swivel-chair integration approach.
