You can download the configurations that you have set for your ServiceNow dynamic shares, bulk shares, scheduled bulk shares, and table maps by navigating to Replicator > Tools and then clicking Download Share Configurations. You can choose which configurations to download by checking the boxes next to each option. This tool is useful if you are planning to import your share configurations to another ServiceNow instance.
Prerequisites
First, you will need to install Replicator for ServiceNow and run the Finish Install scripts.
Procedure
To download the share configurations for your source (sharing) ServiceNow instance, follow these steps:
Access Replicator Tools
Log into your source (sharing) ServiceNow instance and navigate to Perspectium > Replicator > Tools. Then, click Download Share Configurations.
Choose download options
Check the boxes next to the types of configurations you want to download. Then, click Download to download your configurations.
