First, you will need to create a ServiceNow dynamic share, create a ServiceNow bulk share, or set up a Service Gateway integration.
We also recommend that you take a quick look at the Perspectium MultiOutput Processing job to familiarize yourself with it and contact support@perspectium.com to validate your work if necessary.
NOTE: This method create jobs that query off the sys_id of the outbound message itself and not the record that the outbound message represents. Additionally, we normally share out the records in a way to preserve sequencing on a single queue, whereas this method does not honor that sequencing. This strategy is only recommended if you are bulk sharing a large set of data and are not concerned about the order they arrive in. In addition, once this feature is configured, the default Multioutput Processing job will have an X in front of it and set to false.
For versions before Gold Patch 1 release, if you decide to stop using this feature, simply delete the multiple Multioutput Processing jobs and remove the X for the default job and set it back to true.
