DataSync for Salesforce allows you to seamlessly integrate Salesforce with an ITSM application, such as ServiceNow, and/or databases for reporting, analytics, insightful sales, and account management use cases. This integration pulls customer status information from your IT support team directly into Salesforce, providing your the sales team with full transparency. This approach uses scheduled jobs and Salesforce Apex triggers to send and receive messages through the Perspectium Integration Mesh.

The major benefit of bonding Salesforce with your ITSM application is that your sales team will have a direct view into a customer's support status right before communicating with them, allowing for more efficient, personalized interactions.




Minimum Requirements

The Perspectium Salesforce package is continuously updated and rigorously tested to ensure support for the latest versions of the Salesforce platform. To get started with integrating ITSM applications with Salesforce, check that your Salesforce environment is within the version compatibility below. 

The following Salesforce versions are supported:

  • Winter '16 and above
