Procedure

To get started with Observer for ServiceNow, follow the steps outlined below. Many of the instructions below are outlined on various pages throughout this site. Click on any of the links to open those instructions in a new page, and then return to this page afterwards. Repeat for each step.

1. Request the Observer Update Set for ServiceNow

Before getting started, you will need to request the Observer Update Set for ServiceNow from Perspectium Support (support@perspectium.com)

2. Install the Perspectium application

Install Perspectium application

Install Perspectium Observer application

Repeat the procedures from step one for the Observer Update Set for ServiceNow. 

Run Perspectium Finish Install

Set initial properties

Start using Observer
