Replicator

DataSync Agent is a

Java

single-

based framework

direction integration that

helps

allows you to synchronize your ITSM or CRM data with on-premises databases and on-premises applications. The Perspectium

provides several handlers that perform base functionality such as taking replicated table data from a ServiceNow instance and writing it to a relational database such as Oracle or SQL Server. With the Replicator Agent, you can easily sync live data in real time as it is being created and modified with dynamic shares or sync data in one bulk job with bulk shares. The Replicator Agent is configured so it handles all interactions between your cloud ITSM instance and on-premises databases/applications, including actions such as querying data and inserting records as well as converting data to and from the message format needed to communicate with the Perspectium Mesh.

DataSync Agent executes handlers that consume, transform, and route data from your ITSM or CRM tool and write that data to external data storage. DataSync gives you the power to extract core ITSM and CRM data and place that information in external data sources for data warehousing, analytics, and reporting.
