DataSync via the Perspectium Replicator DataSync Agent is a Javasingle-based framework direction integration that helps allows you to synchronize your ITSM or CRM data with on-premises databases and on-premises applications. The Perspectium provides several handlers that perform base functionality such as taking replicated table data from a ServiceNow instance and writing it to a relational database.
Plus, developers can leverage the Replicator Agent SDK to create additional handlers and customize or alter existing handler capabilities.
DataSync Agent executes handlers that consume, transform, and route data from your ITSM or CRM tool and write that data to external data storage. DataSync gives you the power to extract core ITSM and CRM data and place that information in external data sources for data warehousing, analytics, and reporting.
