Planning your ServiceNow instance upgrade

To prepare your ServiceNow instance for an upgrade to the Gold release, follow these steps:

Gold Release (DataSync for ServiceNow Agent)

• You can now configure Configure the number of times the DataSync agent will retry after a SQL error.

• Improved better error handling for DataSync agent when messages have empty values.

• The DataSync agent name is now automatically generated from the instance name as instancename_subscribe.
