Perspectium update sets (applications) for ServiceNow allow for the syncing of your ServiceNow data with other applications and data stores. Perspectium applications are continuously updated and rigorously tested to ensure support for the latest versions of the ServiceNow platform.

NOTE: If upgrading your ServiceNow instance with a Perspectium app installed, be sure to run Perspectium > Control and Configuration > Stop All Jobs before your upgrade and then Perspectium > Control and Configuration > Start All Jobs once your upgrade is complete.
