The subscribed queue(s) you create within ServiceNow will enable the receiving of messages from the Perspectium Integration Mesh. After a subscribed queue is created, you can then choose to create a subscribe.

(info) NOTE: By default, a subscribed queue will be automatically created named psp.out.servicenow.<instance_name> where <instance_name> is the name of your instance. For example, if your instance is named https://dev12345.service-now.com, a subscribed queue will be created named psp.out.servicenow.dev12345. This default subscribed queue will be created using the properties (Integration Mesh URL, credentials and decryption key) as found in Perspectium DataSync Express properties. This queue is used by default for the DataSync Agent to sends back any information (such as reporting issues). You do not need to create additional subscribed queues unless messages will be consumed elsewhere. Contact Perspectium Support for more information.
