Prerequisites  First, you will need to request the update set for  Legacy Table Compare.  Then, you will need to   install DataSync for ServiceNow  and the Legacy Table Compare, then   run the Perspectium Finish Install scripts .  Lastly,  set your initial Perspectium & DataSync properties .
