To get started with  Archive Viewer , you will first need to contact  Perspectium Support  to get a .jar file to run Archive Viewer for your DataSync for ServiceNow integration. Once Archive Viewer has been configured for your DataSync for ServiceNow integration, you can begin using the Archive Viewer features detailed below. Prerequisites  To access Archive Viewer, you will need to request a .jar file for Archive Viewer by contacting  Perspectium Support .   You will also need access to a server that meets  these base requirements .
