Freshservice  is a service management platform that you can integrate with other Perspectium-supported ITSM applications via the  Perspectium ServiceBond Integration  method. Multidirectional sharing can be configured so that the data in your Freshservice instance is sent back and forth to other ITSM apps via the Perspectium Mesh and without the need for a traditional swivel-chair integration approach.
