The table compare feature allows you to compare the records in tables from one ServiceNow instance with the same records in another ServiceNow instance. With table compare, you can see a table's record counts on both instances as well as any record discrepancies between two instances that might exist. Prerequisites  First, you will need to create a group share with the Table Compare option enabled . Procedure To execute a table compare, follow these steps: 1.  Log into the ServiceNow instance you are sharing from and navigate to  Perspectium > Group Share >  Group Share or simply type  Group Share in the Filter Navigator on the upper left-hand side of the screen. and then click  Group Share . 2.  Click into the group share that you want to execute a table compare for. 3. Scroll down to the  Related Links section and click the  Execute table compare link. Then, click the  PSP Table Compares tab to view the results of your table compare. The  Local Record Count field indicates how many records exist for a specified table in your current instance, and the  Target Record Count indicates how many records exist in the target instance you are group sharing to. If any discrepancies exist between your two instances, the  Compare Rows Status field will display the status Completed with Discrepancies .
