To bulk share only certain fields when your bulk share is executed, you can enable the  Share only selected fields  option under the  Data Enrichment  tab on the Standard view.    NOTE :   The  sys_id  field will be added to the record shared out (even if you do not specify it) so as to ensure a unique identifier is included for the record. Prerequisites  First, you will need to  create a bulk share .
