Once you have downloaded and installed the  Perspectium DataSync Free  application in your ServiceNow instance, Perspectium Support will send you an email with information about your cloud database.  You can then connect to this database to view data and run your own reports using your reporting tools. Below are a few of the more popular ways to connect to the database to view and run reports: Direct JDBC using MySQL Workbench Connecting with Tableau Connecting with Microsoft Power BI
