ServiceBond for Jira Service Desk allows you to connect your JSD instance to multiple applications.


Bond JSD with ServiceNow

To bond your ServiceNow instance's incident data with the data in your JSD instance, you can either use a ServiceNow Meshlet or install the Perspectium for ServiceNow instance on your update set. For information on the difference between these two methods, please contact Perspectium Support.


Option 1: Using Perspectium for ServiceNow Update Set

Install the Perspectium for ServiceNow and Perspectium Common Endpoint Update Set on your ServiceNow instance.


Install the Common Document Update Sets that correspond to the process(es) being integrated. For example, if integrating Incidents install Perspectium Common Incident.


Configure a transform map for your process. For example, if integrating Incidents you can use or copy the Common Incident to Incident transform map and customize it to your needs.


Configure an outbound table map for your process.


Create a ServiceNow dynamic share for JSD.



Create a ServiceNow subscribed queue for JSD.


Modify your ServiceNow dynamic shares for Jira
