ServiceBond for Jira Service Desk allows you to connect your JSD instance to multiple applications.


Bond JSD with ServiceNow

To bond your ServiceNow instance's incident data with the data in your JSD instance, you can either use a ServiceNow Meshlet or install the Perspectium for ServiceNow instance on your update set. For information on the difference between these two methods, please contact Perspectium Support.


Option 1: Using Perspectium for ServiceNow Update Set

Install the Perspectium for ServiceNow and Perspectium Common Endpoint Update Set on your ServiceNow instance.


Install the Common Document Update Sets that correspond to the process(es) being integrated. For example, if integrating Incidents install Perspectium Common Incident.


Configure a transform map for your process. For example you can use or copy the Common Incident to Incident transform map and customize it to your needs.




Copy and modify the Incident to Common Incident table map in ServiceNow (multi-app integration) 


Set up Replicator properties, shared queue, subscribed queue.


Modify the Incident to Common Incident (Jira) table map in ServiceNow 


Modify your ServiceNow dynamic shares for Salesforce
