ServiceBond for Jira Service Desk allows you to connect your JSD instance to multiple applications.


Bond JSD with ServiceNow

To bond your ServiceNow instance's incident data with the data in your Salesforce org and Jira instance, you will need to complete the following procedures:



Install the Perspectium for ServiceNow and Perspectium Common Endpoint Update Set on your ServiceNow instance.


Install the Common Document Update Sets that correspond to the process(es) being integrated. For example, if integrating Incidents install Perspectium Common Incident.


Modify the PSP Common Incident to Incident transform map in ServiceNow


Modify the Common Incident to Incident for Jira transform map in ServiceNow


Copy and modify the Incident to Common Incident table map in ServiceNow (multi-app integration)
