Within the Perspectium DataSync application, you can access ServiceInsight by going to Perspectium > ServiceInsight.

After ServiceInsight set up is complete, a Group Share is created. Group share will create a bulk share for each table associated with the dashboards you selected upon setup.
If needed, you can configure the group share to change how often the bulk shares will run or add conditions. Additionally, you can see the list of bulk shares and bulk share history.
To configure your group share for ServiceInsight, follow these procedures:
Access group share
In your ServiceNow instance, go to Perspectium > ServiceInsight > Group Share. Then, select the group share you want to edit.
Configure group share
The following are additional configurations that will reflect on the associated bulk shares creating to share out data for ServiceInsight:
Change the queue with the Target Queue field.
Change how many times you want to run the bulk share with the Run dropdown.
(Optional) Add a condition to your bulk shares with the Company field. With this condition, only records with the same company selected will be shared.
Update the form
Click Update to capture your changes.
ServiceInsight Overview lists all the available overview pages created upon setup. With ServiceInsight Overview, you can easily access the group shares created and its overview page. Additionally, the module displays which dashboards are selected for each group share entry.
To access ServiceInsight Overview, go to Perspectium > ServiceInsight > Overviews Dashboard.
