NOTE: The connection_admin role is required for the user to set up a Connection in ServiceNow. Ensure the user has at least the connection_admin role before proceeding. You will need credential information as provided by Perspectium Support.
Procedure
To create a connection for the Perspectium Spoke, follow these steps:
Access Connection and Credential Aliases
Navigate to the Connection & Credential Aliases list by going to Integration Hub > Connections & Credentials > Connection & Credential Aliases.
Create a new connection
In the Connection & Credential Aliases list, select the PSP Integration Mesh alias.
Then, the Connections section, click New.
Fill required fields and submit
Fill in the Name, as well as the Connection URL, PSP User, PSP Password, and PSP Queue provided by Perspectium Support.
Then, click Submit.
