Within the Perspectium DataSync application, you can access ServiceInsight by going to Perspectium > ServiceInsight. 

Listed below is a breakdown of all of the features available in ServiceInsight:

This is where you will set up and configure ServiceInsight, choosing which dashboards you want to use and setting up the DataSync application to share out data. See set up initial configurations.

After ServiceInsight set up is complete, a Group Share is created. Group share will create a bulk share for each table associated with the dashboards you selected upon setup. 

If needed, you can configure the group share to change how often the bulk shares will run or add conditions. Additionally, you can see the list of bulk shares and bulk share history. 


To configure your group share for ServiceInsight, follow these procedures:

In your ServiceNow instance, go to Perspectium > ServiceInsight > Group Share. Then, select the group share you want to edit.

The following are additional configurations that will reflect on the associated bulk shares created to share out data for ServiceInsight:

  1. Change the queue with the Target Queue field. 
  2. Change how many times you want to run the bulk share with the Run dropdown. 
  3. (Optional) Add a condition to your bulk shares with the Company field. With this condition, only records with the same company selected will be shared.

ServiceInsight Dashboards lists all the dashboards previously created through the ServiceInsight Setup. With ServiceInsight Dashboards, you can easily access an overview page where you can see the group shares created and its overview page. Additionally, the module displays which dashboards are selected for each group share entryshare created, see which dashboards were selected and download the Tableau workbook again.

To access ServiceInsight Dashboards, go to Perspectium > ServiceInsight > Overviews DashboardDashboards.
