Perspectium update sets (applications) for ServiceNow allow for the syncing of your ServiceNow data with other applications and data stores. Perspectium applications are applications delivered through update sets are continuously updated and rigorously tested to ensure support for the latest versions of the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow Version Compatibility
All Perspectium apps for ServiceNow applications are supported in the following ServiceNow versions:
- Tokyo (verified as of November 14, 2022)
- San Diego
- Rome
- Quebec
- Paris
- Orlando
- New York
- Madrid
- London
- Kingston
- Jakarta (

NOTE: If upgrading your ServiceNow instance with a Perspectium app installed, be sure to run Perspectium > Control and Configuration > Stop All Jobs before your upgrade and then Perspectium > Control and Configuration > Start All Jobs once your upgrade is complete.
