ServiceBond for DXC allows for a unidirectional integration with DXC Technology to sync incidents created in other Perspectium-supported ITSM applications to DXC incidents. This is done via Perspectium's ServiceBond integration framework.
By leveraging the Perspectium Integration Mesh and the Common Incident format, incidents
from other apps are transformed to DXC’s native incident format, allowing you to map fields from a Perspectium-supported ITSM application.
To set up DXC for a ServiceBond integration, you will need to connect to a DXC API.
Contact Perspectium Support for more information on using APIs.
