Shared queues contain outbound messages for data that is bulk shared out of your ServiceNow instance.
Subscribed queues are set up so you can read messages from queues in the Integration Mesh into your ServiceNow instance. This is useful for when you want to consume messages sent by the DataSync Agent for reporting or when it runs into issues.
