Prerequisites

(warning)(warning) See Bond Jira with ServiceNow and complete its prerequisites.

Procedure

To get started with your Service Gateway integration, follow these steps:

UI Steps

UI Step

Navigate to Shared Queues

Log into ServiceNow and navigate to Perspectium > DataSync (previously Replicator) > Shared Queues or simply type and then click Shared Queues in the Filter Navigator on the upper left-hand side of the screen.

Then, click New.

UI Step

Create shared queue

Choose Service Gateway as the Queue Type, then in the Queue Name field, type <integration>.<SN_instance>, i.e. incident.dev12345, change.dev67890.

Follow the rest of the steps in Create a ServiceNow shared queue.
