To improve performance, database indexes have been added to Perspectium's tables in ServiceNow. These indexes are included as part of the application and are documented below.
If an index was not created when the application was installed in your ServiceNow instance, you can manually create an index.

Outbound and inbound message queues in ServiceNow requires indexes to be added in order for Replicator to function optimally. The following table documents all the tables and the indexes that need to be created by an administrator of your ServiceNow instance.
