New Features

  • Heartbeat messages will now be created to monitor the status of the Perspectium application in Salesforce.

  • Cloning a bulk share is now available in the bulk share form.

  • Select how long both inbound and outbound messages will be kept with the Time to Keep Processed Messages property.

  • Optimized bulk share to improve performance and speed.

  • After executing a bulk share, the bulk share form will now be read-only. 

  • Apex Triggers will now be updated when upgrading in sandbox and production orgs (migrated Apex Triggers will remain the same). 

Bug Fixes

  • Bulk share will no longer clear the value of the target table after the form is saved and/or executed. 

  • Attribute values exceeding the field's character limit will now be moved to Extended Attributes field to prevent truncated characters.

  • Quotations and other special characters sent in Notes sObjects will now escape properly. 

  • ContentDocumentLink trigger will now be created when saving BMC_Incident__c dynamic share triggers.

  • Data Guarantee will now work as expected. 

  • Attachment Apex triggers will no longer fire when ContentDocumentLink trigger is inserted, resolving the PSPBulkShareTest error.

  • Scheduled bulk share no longer errors on save when bulk share has special characters in their names, such as , and '. To prevent this and other issues, the bulk share field for the scheduled bulk share object now saves the ids of the bulk shares instead of the name when creating the apex job.

  • Updating an existing bulk share’s name that is in an existing scheduled bulk share will cause it to be unselected from the bulk share list on the scheduled bulk share form.

Known Issues

  • When performing bulk share with more than 101 records from ServiceNow to Salesforce, Salesforce does not receive the records in the inbound table.

  • Perspectium Jobs will not run continuously when updating the Description field while the job is actively running.

  • Bulk share records no longer have the ModCount and UpdatedOn attributes in the Outbound table.
