Bonding a Perspectium-supported application with ServiceNow requires the use of Common Documents. After you complete the initial steps to set up the application such as AWS or Jira, you will need to install the required update set to your ServiceNow instance. 


Prerequisites


(warning) Contact Perspectium Support to request download links for the required update sets:

  1. Perspectium for ServiceNow update set 
  2. Perspectium Common Endpoint update set 
  3. Update set for your integration type e.g Perspectium Common Incident update set for incident 


Procedure

To get started with using Common Documents in your ServiceNow instance, follow these steps: 


Install the update set needed for your integration

The update set you will install for this step will depend on which record type you will integrate. 

For example, if you are integrating incident records, you will need to install Perspectium Common Incident update set.
