To configure your ServiceNow-Jira Service Gateway integration, you will need to create a ServiceNow dynamic share so that data can be shared out of your ServiceNow instance and into Jira. Dynamic shares allow for real time sharing of ServiceNow records as they are created and updated. Creating a dynamic share for your Jira Service Gateway integration will ensure that data that is modified in real time will be shared out from ServiceNow and into Jira.
Procedure
To get started with creating a dynamic share for Service Gateway for Jira, follow these steps:
Navigate to Dynamic Share
Navigate to Perspectium > Replicator > Dynamic Share or simply type Dynamic Share in the Filter Navigator on the upper left-hand side of the screen.
Choose the table and table map
In the Table dropdown, select the table you want to integrate. In the Table Map field, select your integrations table map.

Configure other dynamic share settings
Under the Trigger Conditions tab, select before in the Business Rule When dropdown, and enable the following: Interactive Only, Create, and Update.
Follow any remaining steps to create a ServiceNow dynamic share and click Submit to save your settings.
