The Perspectium DataSync for ServiceNow Agent (previously Replicator Agent) is a standalone agent that listens for, transforms, and routes data messages that are shared from ITSM applications to on-premises data stores. With the DataSync for ServiceNow Agent, you can easily share live data in real time as it is being created and/or updated (dynamic share) or share in bulk data at scheduled intervals that you can specify (bulk share).
After installing the DataSync for ServiceNow Agent, you will be able to share data to on-premises databases. The DataSync for ServiceNow Agent is set up to handle all database actions such as querying data and inserting records as well as converting the data to and from the message formats needed to communicate with the Perspectium Integration Mesh cloud server.
