The Carbon release demonstrates our commitment to continually enhancing your Perspectium products. This release contains many improvements based on your feedback, and much of the new functionality in the Carbon release falls into three categories:
User Experience – including configuration options to make it easier to create new integrations, and a new Observer interface for valuable ServiceNow performance data
Privacy Enhancements – new obfuscation capabilities to support GDPR
Integration Breadth – new endpoints for Cherwell, ZenDesk and OpsRamp, and new service provider interfaces for Getronics and Tivit
