The Bismuth release demonstrates our commitment to continually enhancing your Perspectium products. This release contains many improvements based on your feedback, and much of the new functionality in the Bismuth release falls into four categories:
Simplified Integration Scenarios - Minimum configuration approach to integration set up starting with ServiceNow to Database integrations
New Process Integration– including Service Request for ServiceNow and Jira; and Incident and Change for ServiceNow & Remedy
New Adapters– For Apttus and Cherwell
Error Handling – Message auditing with receipts for ServiceNow to ServiceNow integrations
